− Existiam baratas e osgas dentro do apartamento quando chegámos , quando tentámos reportar o acontecimento ao proprietário este não se mostrou muito interessado e ignorou a situação…

La posizione molto vicina alla metro e ai servizi

− L' accesso alla struttura non è stato agile, se non fosse arrivato un signore che abitava nel palazzo non saremmo riusciti ad entrare senza chiedere aiuto perché l' app non funzionava e non era molto semplice. Per la porta nessun problema

Nur die Lage

− Anders als auf den Bildern. Terrasse demoliert teilweise kaputt und dreckig. Bett quietscht. Kakerlaken in der Wohnung gehabt. Keine Erstattung bekommen obwohl rechtzeitige Reklamation erfolgt ist. Gastgeber möchte eine Erstattung von mir für sein Automatischen Schloss obwohl dieser von ihm schon zugetaped gewesen ist :D

Great location - minutes walk from Sagrada Família and a metro station. There is a small supermarket across the road and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The hosts kept up updated about our stay ahead of arrival and were easy to contact when needed.

− When we arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests. This was disappointing at the start of our stay however, was quickly rectified by the hosts, who arranged a cleaner to attend whilst we went out for dinner. The bed, as mentioned in other reviews, is very creaky. It is difficult to sleep on when it makes so much noise. There were many things we liked about the apartment but would not stay here again with the current bed.

Not great, not terrible. Good value for money.

Great location: close to metro station, Sagrada Familia, shops and bakeries. Helpful and responsive staff: quick replies to questions asked in Spanish and English. Well equipped space: we found everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Heating system: if you find the place cold in winter, you can effectively heat it devices available in the living room.

− The walls could definitely use a renovation job. The sofa in the living room is not a comfortable sleeping option - it may be fine for small kids, but a tall and heavy adult will have a bad night. Electricity tends to go down at random moments (3 times in 5 days) which leads to the requirement of a manual restart.
