Good for long stays! Make sure to dress for the weather.
9.0The property is a pretty solid choice for a 19 day stay, especially with the kitchenette and the laundry machine and the laundry pole in the bathroom. It’s also pretty secure with requiring a key to enter the building and enter the room. I also like that it’s in Ikebukuro, my favorite area in all of Tokyo.
− The insulation in the building isn’t great, but as long as you have the heating/cooling system on you’ll be fine. It’s also quite a walk from Ikebukuro station, but you can take a bus to and from the station and that’ll make it like a 7 minute walk. I do think it’s a bit cramped in there but all Japanese apartments are like that tbh and the furniture was easy to move around.
