− - You need to add 15-18 minutes to your trips’ time walking to the train station. - One of the cookware (the pan) is too old and should be replaced as it’s non stick and could be harmful.

Great value for money!
9.0Much more spacious than we thought it would be (3 people)! Location was a bit of a walk from the Ikebukuro station (the other nearer station you can’t really get to the main attractions from). However, there is a Donki and 7/11 half way on the walk to the Ikebukuro station which breaks the journey up a bit. Laundry detergent provided which is great. Staff were also really helpful and friendly through booking.com

9.0Appartement sympa. Bien agencé. Propre. Literie confortable. Eau chaude. Clim efficace. Il est situé dans une quartier résidentiel calme avec une supérette très proche. L'inconvénient est qu'il est un peu loin de la station ikebukuro (15 minutes) mais une fois le trajet en tête rien d'insurmontable. Cette station étant un nœud de transport, c'est génial. Accès a l'appartement facile avec un système de code, adressé en amont par une plateforme environ 12h avant.
− Un légere odeur dans la salle de bain. Une isolation sonore insuffisante si comme dans notre cas vous avez des voisins bruyants avec des jeunes enfants. Il manque des ustensiles si vous souhaitez cuisiner. Une troisième chaise aurait été sympa puisque ce logement est aussi prévu pour trois. Un peu trop de mails de la part de l'hôtel en amont et après mais c'est subjectif.
