8.0Appartement propre et bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du métro et 15min à pied de la Sagrada Familia. Commerces à proximité.
− Appartement propre et bien situé, mais un peu vétuste. Plusieurs équipements ne fonctionnaient pas (micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, volets roulants). Cuisine peu équipée et matériel vieillissant. Manque aussi de rideaux occultants dans deux chambres. Quelques améliorations rendraient le séjour beaucoup plus agréable.

− Balcony was not available, noisy neighbours at 0200hrs, plumbing a little European.
