9.0干净、整洁、装修好。设施齐全，还有个哈曼卡顿的音箱。房东给的说明书非常详尽。
− 比较小，不过东京的住宿就是这样。阳台似乎不开放，不好晾衣服。

駅近、バス近で便利！！
9.0無印の入ってるビル側に歩いて渡って、高架下を歩いて、一階にセブンが入ってる建物を過ぎるとすぐに右に曲がってタイのマッサージ屋さんを過ぎるとREAL KINSHIIがあります。羽田のリムジンバスやディズニーのバスもすぐに乗れる環境で、東京メトロと山手線もめっちゃ近いです。あと錦糸公園も近くて、桜の時期は綺麗でした！近くに駄菓子屋のエワタリさんも近くにあり、子どもと行くとすごく喜んでいました。お部屋の中は比較的に綺麗だったと思います！洗濯機や（洗剤あり）や掃除機、スチームアイロン、ドライヤー、使い捨て歯ブラシ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、掃除機、冷蔵庫、食器類など、揃ってました。自分は3階の部屋でした。階段は確かに口コミ通り狭めです。お部屋は上下階で夜など静かな時には話し声とかは聞こえやすいかと思います。自分はそれほど気になりませんでした。部屋に入った時には暖房もつけてくれてました！（3月下旬宿泊）ホストとの連絡も返信が早く連絡取りやすかったです。16時以降チェックインですが、13時以降であれば荷物を部屋に置けるようです。
− 良くないというわけではありませんが、２泊の連泊ですが、タオルは1人分ずつフェイスタオルとバスタオルが一泊分です。でも洗濯物干しハンガーがあるので乾かせば特に気になりません。あとお風呂場には浴室乾燥もあるので便利です。しいていえば、フェイスタオルとバスタオルの他に、もう一枚、手拭き用のタオルを置いてもらえると助かります。

8.0非常適合小資族的情侶或朋友想體驗日本都市住宿，離錦系町車站跟seven超商走路約5分鐘，附近有很漂亮的公園去的時候開了很多櫻花 推薦走路10步就到coffee elementary school，在那邊吃了兩天的早餐，紅豆奶油麵包超讚 房間位置在三樓沒有電梯，需爬很窄的旋轉樓梯上去，有大件行李或老人須注意 房間不大但設備都很完整(有洗衣機、微波爐、電磁爐、廚具等)，浴室的乾燥系統很方便，有小陽台可以晾衣服
− 取得鑰匙的步驟沒有講得很清楚，開了一陣子才進門
