4.0The only positive aspect was the host, who was very kind and genuinely tried to help resolve the issues. Unfortunately, their friendliness could not make up for the poor condition of the apartment.
− This was the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. It was a complete disappointment. The hosts had apparently finished repairing the bathroom just before our arrival, and the strong smell of fresh paint made the apartment almost unbearable for the first two days. This is simply unacceptable, especially when guests are expected to check in immediately afterward. The air conditioner was leaking, and the furniture was extremely old and badly worn, giving the apartment a neglected appearance.

1.0He tenido la peor experiencia de mi vida ! El apartamento estaba sucio , muchas cosas sin arreglar , el aire no funcionaba tuve quedarmw 1 día pendiente que viniera la gente arreglar las cosas estaba flra la condiciones ! Hemos llegado y tenía roto el aire y 2 veces ha. Ido para arrceglar

10.0Excelente de principio a fin, la atención de los anfitriones fue inmejorable, siempre atentos y con una comunicación bastante fluida, tuvimos un inconveniente en el 1er apto q habíamos rentado pero de inmediato nos trasladaron a otro, muy profesionales y atentos, sin duda volveremos a rentar smart loft Madrid, 100% recomendado
