− 入室のやり方を事前に調べて行ったにも関わらず 非常にわかり辛く 入るのに数十分かかり また 退出時にも 鍵の返し方、退出の仕方を確認していたにもかからず わからなくて 緊急時の連絡先に一報入れて確認する始末 また 掃除が、行き届いておらず 床が、汚く 床に引いてあるマットも臭かった。

8.0静かで、駅も近く、部屋も広く、とても良い。 利用しなかったけど、洗濯機があったのには、驚きました。
− このようなシステムが初めてで、部屋に入るときの、暗証番号や鍵の場所が分かりにくい。 管理人がいて欲しい。

7.0Superbly clean and all the amenities were great and were as promised. Entering the building and the apartment was easy.
− No elevator and no warning or mention of it. Carrying heavy luggage two floors up. The lock may have been simple for a Japanese person who could read the keypad at lock on building,we had to r n d to finally get it at 12 am after 19hrs of travelling.

5.0・周りが静かでコンビニが近い。 ・東京ドーム、後楽園駅が徒歩圏内。 ・洗濯機、浴室乾燥機あり。 ・解錠方法の問い合わせにすぐ対応してくださいました。
− ●ソファベッドをフラットにする方法があったのかがわからない。 ●前泊者のゴミあり。 （脱衣所棚上に使いかけのシャンプー、洗剤） （リビングの床に使用済みのいびき防止？の鼻テープが貼り付いていた） ●キッチンツールがとても洗ったとは思えない状況だった。 ●GoogleTV ＞ YouTubeを起動したら、過去の宿泊客のログイン情報が複数そのまま残っており個人情報の扱いに不安を感じた 。 （自分のアカウント含めログアウトして来ました） ●かなり狭い階段でエレベーターが無い為、大荷物の方や足に不安がある方は別の選択肢を。
