9.0住宿位置非常清幽，很喜歡附近街區的感覺。 交通便利，出北池袋站大概5分鐘內就到，附近就有LAWSON，搭一站也可以到池袋，如果是在東京西區池袋、新宿、澀谷等地玩的話，算是很方便、很推薦！ 空間很大，至少雙人打開行李箱是沒有問題，衛浴也很棒，真的會有在日本生活的感覺。
− 如果不是長住的話就不推薦了。 訂房的時候要注意價錢，網站上顯示的價錢未包含一筆一次性的清潔費。 2026.6月左右的時候這筆清潔費大概是台幣1700左右，所以如果短住非常不划算，長住的話攤提下來就還是值得推薦。 覺得在旅客服務的部分有些不貼心之處，去的時候剛好遇到颱風飛機取消，導致第一天無法入住，不過住宿方表示沒有辦法提供退款。還有想詢問是否有空房可以續租的時候，不太能夠協助安排，你只能重新在網站上訂，然後又要再付一次清潔費，於是續租時就沒有選擇同住宿了。 除此之外，都覺得很不錯。

9.0Clean, Very convinient since its close to the train station. The price is ok o guess, don know much since i don't travel much.
− Not much to dislike, Just a that it's a little complicated to actually get to enter the apartment. But maybe because i schedule on the same day, i got confused. The lack of outlet was a problem too.
