The location

− There have been several issues with the apartment that have significantly affected our experience: 1. We got stuck in the elevator. 2. The apartment is much older and more run-down than it appears in the photos. The bathroom door doesn’t close properly, there’s a hole in the door, mould on the ceiling above the shower, the shower is slow to drain and the apartment could do with an overall paint. The carpets and linens look old and could be replaced 3. The sofa bed has bed bugs, unfortunately we realised this too late 4. The air conditioning in the bedroom does not work. While the portable air conditioner functions, it is extremely noisy and makes it very difficult to sleep. 5. The sofa bed is uncomfortable 6. The kitchen has a strong musty smell. 7. Sign outside the apartment building said “stop tourist flats”

Posizione strategica per raggiungere anche a piedi le destinazioni turistiche abituali

− Stanza da letto senza finestre, e stanza giorno con due finestre su vano scala, oltre a una luce a 1,80 cm di altezza, ambiente umido, pulizia molto carente, abbiamo trovato cimici da letto, avevamo prenotato per 4 notti,lasciato alloggio al secondo giorno

L'appartement est pratique. Situé au premier étage dans un vieux bâtiment. L'appartement est bien pratique.

− Les pas du voisin du haut, ou des enfants, mais on les entend . L'isolation acoustique est très moyenne, normal, c'est un vieux bâtiment avec beaucoup d'appartements. Mais une fois 22h-23h, c'est fini. Le calme règne ! Mais bon, si on vient en vacances, on est plus dehors que dans l'habitat, donc pas trop dérangeant.
