都市型民泊は初めてなので、怖いもの見たさで予約しましたが、期待通りのちょっと怖さで満足です。

− 入室用のカードを受け取るとき、暗証番号のダイヤルを回したときに、蓋がポップすると思い込んでいたため、カードを取り出すのに時間がかかった。 そのカードで部屋に入室する時、どこにカードをかざすのか分からず、想定したところを何回もかざし、反応しないので別場所をサーチし、正解にたどり着くのに時間がかかった。

Good location, staff were good at communicating and perfect appliances and facilities

− It was very small for 3 people. We had a double bed and then just a mattress for the floor of the kitchen whereas from the photos there was images of a sofa. Hairs were also found in the bed :(

Overly complicated check-in, musty towels, no aircon remote in bedroom and unclear pricing. Poor.

The location was decent and the property itself was fine, with ample space.

− Because there are no staff on property, dealing with issues is not straightforward. I was tired following a long day of work and travel by the time I arrived and then had to go through a fairly laborious process to gain entry. First access and download a pdf via the Booking.com messaging system, then use a code to open a mailbox, then use another code to open a key safe inside the mailbox to retrieve a card key, then use the door entry system to open the door to the property with yet another code, then find the room and use the card key to enter. As it happened, I got confused by the door entry system and mistook Temp Code for PIN Code and was unable to enter, which caused considerable stress. Calling the phone number provided took a LONG time to get answered but when my call finally went through, the staff I spoke to was courteous and helpful. Once inside, while the property itself was clean enough, the towels provided smelled musty and unpleasant and the property itself was not at all airy. There was an aircon in the bedroom but no remote anywhere in the room to operate it so I spent a hot and unpleasant night. The next morning, when I went downstairs, I found two aircon remotes in the kitchen but why one wasn't in the bedroom where it should have been, I have no idea. The listing showed one price but in small print adds an 8000 yen cleaning charge. I don't understand why that isn't included in the main price for better transparency of costs. At even the cheapest hotel in Japan, teabags or bottled water is provided but here there is nothing. All in all I was not impressed and would not recommend this property or stay there again.

− Layout of property is inconvenient. Entering the property was hassle. Too many doors to unlock.
