7.0La ubicación del apartamento es lo mejor, a pocos metros de Gran Vía.
− Los ruidos; en el bajo hay un restaurante que se escucha, además de que se oye la cisterna del apartamento contiguo.

− Tuvimos problemas los 3 primeros días con el ingreso al portal del edificio. El código que nos dieron nunca funcionó. Después de reclamar en dos oportunidades enviaron los técnicos, y pudimos ver que el problema venía desde hace unos meses. El apartamento es cómodo solo para dos, no para 3. El sillón para dormir, no facilita el descanso. Poco ventilado, porque al abrir las ventanas sube el olor a la comida del Restó de planta baja. El equipo de aire da justo sobre la persona que allí duerme. Un ventilador en cada ambiente estaría bueno. No había sillas para todos, solo nos dejaron 2 (si son 3 los inquilinos debe haber 3 sillas). La mesa para comer era una mesa ratona la cual resultaba inútil ya que el sillón se usaba como cama. Inaceptable que no haya una mesa donde poder comer con comodidad.

− La limpieza no era la esperada, almohadas extras muy manchadas, estuvimos sin luz todo un dia por un problema de fusibles del departamento.
Unica nota lieta la posizione.
4.0Posizione ottima, anche se difficile da trovare.
− Abbastanza sporco, mancavano servizi fondamentali, come asciugamani o il minimo indispensabile per utilizzare la cucina. Il personale non ci è stato d'aiuto nonostante avessimo chiesto supporto.
