1.0Nothing to like ! We reached the property on time – but they called us a “no-show”which is completely false. * The self check-in process failed, and we never received the access codes. * We were left waiting outside while support was unhelpful. * The building hallways were dusty, under renovation, and nothing like the listing. * No meaningful assistance was provided despite repeated requests. * The property refused a refund and then incorrectly marked us as a no-show. * I have photos, screenshots, and chat records to support every point.

Good apartment, good location. Terrible company managing the property who do not handle any complaint.

− We had constant problems with the air conditioning unit, after a week of constant contact with the property, no solution was found. Please note that booking.com should be aware of this and we shall be issuing a formal complaint concerning this manter.

1.0Para el precio que pagué NADA El fotógrafo que realizó las fotos del apartamento para comercializarlo por booking es un fenómeno
− No me gustó el diminuto baño No me gustó la diminuta cocina No me gustó la respuesta de la empresa ante los problemas.(Microondas y cafetera) El microondas tenía la placa quemada y me lo cambiaron al 3º día La cafetera ( carmelita ) estaba defectuosa ya que no salía el café y no fueron capaces de cambiarla en toda mi estancia con el consecuente perjuicio (todos los días tuvimos que bajar al bar de la esquina a comprar café para los cuatro miembros de la familia). Te hacen pagar una fianza de 300€ (cuando haces la reserva por booking no consta dicho pago previo al envío de las claves de entrada al apartamento)

For guests under the age of 18, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.
