Low quality run down property. Not value for money.
6.0Location is good. The property manager was helpful and prompt in replying to any queries. Laundry service was good. They provided umbrellas.
− The room walls had cracks inside. The passage to the room was dull and shabby. There was noise at night from nearby rooms. Mirror is very small. Room size is very small for a family and no space to keep luggage. Kitchen cabinet is very small.
A great stay! Anyone wanna come in a group (family), this is a great stay.

8.0La posizione dove si trova, la sera si può benissimo girare Shinjuku in tutta tranquillità, 7 eleven vicino e la stazione del bus è metro.
− Peccato non ci fosse il phon per i capelli.
