A strong upside surprise with everything. Highly recommended and I would stay here again!
10.0Location, size, convenience, security, nice host. Walking distance to all major sites and countless options for food, shopping, sightseeing within minutes. We never had to take the metro or uber during our 4-day stay at the property.
− Upstairs room can get hot during the day with heat trapped until midnight due to late sunset in May. Stairs up to this room are spiral so a bit inconvenient.

8.0The apartment is centrally located. Great location to visit Madrid. One of the best neighbourhoods in Madrid. Very nice building. It is not luxurious, but we felt as at home. Very quiet. Kitchen includes all needed amenities, except for dishwasher and oven, but they are not needed for shorter stays. In general, we would be happy to stay in the apartment again.
− The apartment is a bit outdated, but offers everything needed. The bed mattresses should be replaced, they are not so comfortable. There is also not soundproof division between both bedrooms, so the lower one hears any noise from the upper one. In the summer, the upper bedroom can be too hot as there is no air con and is located just under the roof. The air con is on the lower level only. There are also very steep stairs leading to the upper bedroom.

Хозяева любезно разрешили оставить вещи после выезда из номера. В следующий раз, когда будем в городе,обязательно забронируем снова.

Perfect location
9.0In the best place in the city centre close to most of the museums and it was quiet. It can accommodate more than 4 people. Full of utensil set.
− Due that the apartment is in the second floor of the building is a bit dark in the rooms especially the cloudy days
