− Dirty, Mould in teapot and on floor in shower, Doona smelt so bad we had to sleep with out it, the hardest japanese beds We have every slept on, No elevator and so many stairs which is not stated in booking, broken rails on step, 1 thin old towel to last 4 days, no house keeping. Food from previous guest left in fridge, the whole bathroom floor floods,We complained to Manager who showed up the next day and said she would fix the issues, We returned to our room and nothing had been fixed except the teapot so we then had to sleep with no bedding again so we checked out immediately. Also the front door is left open all night not safe, So over priced.

− ホテルがホコリと髪の毛で汚れている 共用部分があり、シングルルームと書かれているが、廊下の音・隣の部屋の音が響いて寝れない（咳一つでも聞こえる） 他の人が行動すると起きてしまうレベルです。

10.0방이 굉장히 넓었고 한 층을 단독으로 썼습니다. 유일하게 테라스도 있었음. 냉동실 있는 냉장고, 온수 나오는 정수기, 샴푸 바디워시 클렌징폼 치약 일회용 칫솔까지 갖춰져있었습니다. 무엇보다 가격이 너무 싸고 신오카치마치 역과 가깝습니다. 청소 상태도 만족스러웠습니다
− 수건을 인당 바디타월 1장 제공하며 교환이 안 됨. 엘리베이터 없음. 첫날 온수 안 나와 다음날 오전에 문의하였고 금방 고쳐줌. 이 모든 단점을 가격이 상쇄해줌.

3.01. 住宿地點離地鐵站近 2. 沒電梯且樓梯狹小，建議攜帶大型行李旅客斟酌
− 1. 浴室很大，但地面鋪滿塑膠地墊，上面溝滿了毛髮，加上又無窗，造成整間浴室都是霉味 2. 退房時有遺落物品在房間，發訊詢問住宿方是否可寄回台灣，說只能寄日本境內。等找到大阪的朋友幫忙收貨，卻回覆沒有發現房間有遺失物。 3. WIFI訊號非常弱，根本連不上，反應後只說設備就是這樣，我們也沒辦法。

− No elevator and narrow staircase. I would recommend if you have issues with stairs. The futon mattress was hard to sleep on .
