Clean place, good location, great price!
9.0The house was bigger than I expected with an downstairs living room area connected to the kitchen and toilet in front of the entrance. The upstairs had a loft and double bed with a vanity, racks to hang clothing and the laundry machine along with the shower/bath. The house is along the main shopping street so you can explore the area right there and its about 15 min walk to either Otsuka or Sugamo station (depends on the path you wanna walk and how much closer you want the station to be towards the destination you have). Really nice clean facilities, even had umbrellas to use. The communication with the property manager was smooth and efficient, they communicated well in English and responded quickly!
− Only drawback was maybe the distance to the station but 15 min is doable and still pretty close especially in Tokyo, The place is a bit small so it will be just enough space for 4 people.
