− The sofa bed was too hard to sleep on. We have to put layers of clothes to get comfort. Please replace with a better sofa bed and provide pillows too.

10.0靠近JR田端車站，走路約五分鐘，出門2分鐘內就有超市，非常方便！ 第一天入住時，正好遇見客服人員，很清楚的介紹環境與設備使用方式。

9.0離田端站稍微走一點點的路可以抵達，房東很貼心的提供路線圖，地點並不難找，車站旁邊就有超商、麥當勞...等店，出站可以買一波再回家，家裡附近有超市也很方便，還有販賣機。 公寓有電梯，對旅客很友善，電視可以看YT還有其他平台很方便，廚房設備大致上很齊全，廁所與浴室是分開的，有洗衣機能使用，含有兩間雙人床房，床躺起來很舒服(偏軟)，房間冷氣很強，對抗炎熱的夏天非常棒! 空間也很夠打開行李箱，我們一家四個人開29吋行李廂都綽綽有餘，很適合攜帶大型行李的旅客。 房東非常友善，有問題都可以得到回答，讓我們住得很開心。
− 旅途中使用過一次洗衣機，脫水的聲音有點過大被嚇到，但還好只洗一次無傷大雅。 感覺隔音不是很好，在客廳的時候外面的聲音會傳進來，也擔心我們會造成噪音，所以有點小心翼翼，但這沒有什麼太大的問題，外頭的聲音也只有傳進來一兩次，沒有很嚴重。

10.0Le logement est vraiment très bien équipée et les proprios sont tellement réactifs et bienveillants. Ce que j’ai aimé le plus, c’est l’emplacement pas loin de la gare de tabata à quelques mètres seulement pour prendre la jr yamanote et d’autres lignes. Il y a un seven eleven ouvert 24h/24 et un supermarché le Amaruetsu ouvert de 9h à minuit où l’on trouve de tout ce qui est vitale pour de bons prix. Le quartier est très calme et sécurisant. Je recommande fortement cette location et nous y reviendrons désormais à chaque vacances au Japon. Aussi information importante pour ceux qui on en besoin, si vous avez beaucoup de linge il y a une laverie tout près à quelques pas du logement, juste à prendre du savon pour votre linge. Compter environ 400 yen pour utiliser la machine à laver et 300 yen pour sécher votre linge pour 30 minutes amplement suffisant. Ah oui évitez de faire trop de bruits c’est un quartier paisible et propre, respectez les lieux.
