Clean, nice staff

− No AC, very hot, very hard to sleep due to hot weather Elevator was not accessible from 5th floor. Had to go to floor 4 or 3 to access the elevator Too much noise from other rooms on the same and even other floors because we had to leave windows and other tenants has to do the same because of hot temperature

Brilliant location, greedy disdainful management.

The location is great.

− The apartment is overpriced. It's a flat with 7 rooms, so 14 people live there. 2 bathrooms, one of the is badly furnished. The garbage bins were always full. Very few plates and cups, 1 kettle,1 little coffee pot ( for 14 guests!). We didn't have toilet paper for 2 days! They said:" Oh, someone took the roll into their room" .One roll! They only brought one roll. Though the price for 1 room with shared facilities is more than EU 100 per day. When we left, i had to pay extra EU10 for keeping my bag there . The manager made me leave the key and assured , they would let me in as soon as we come for the bag. But when we came, she didn't answer the phone, then texted me that the maid would come in 3 minutes. Nobody came . My husband(70) and me had to wait for 30 minutes in hot weather, then one neighbour opened the door and i came in. The maid was in the apartment. The manager Christine didn't even tell her that we were waiting. Сhristine treats guests with evident disdain. Their service isn't worth the money.

Nightmare staying at this place. Never again. Try to avoid it

Catastrophic

− 7 rooms in the apartment with 2 bathrooms but only 1 shower works, so 15 people waiting on the line to wash the face and to take a shower. No toilet paper in the bathroom. 1 large and 1 small towel for 2 people in the room, very poor. No AC at all. TV doesn't work. We bought food for next morning and they throw it away from the fridge because we put it on the wrong shelf (never explained on check in where to put the food). They charge 15€ for check in after 8pm and 30€ after midnight. Also they charge us 10€ for leaving the bags in the corridor where anyone can steal it. Also asked for 25!€ per person per night like additional people ( we book 3 rooms with 2 people in each room). After complaining to via booking, they said it's a system error. In the kitchen only 1 small table with 2 chairs that should accommodate 15 people from 7 rooms. It was a nightmare staying in this apartment

Great location away from touristy areas. Very walkable, close to metro.

− The room was so small we were tripping over our suitcases. Not as shown in the picture. Toilet paper was depleted at one point in the morning when we woke up. Not a good way to start the day. No response from the host. Unfriendly check in.

Great value for money, comfortable room, in an extremely useful location - close to everything.

Great location. They kindly let me check-in early which really helped me out. The people staying in the other rooms were clean and restful of the shared spaces. The bedroom had everything I needed, it was thoughtfully laid out and the bed was comfortable.

− Out of the two bathrooms, only one shower worked. Or at least, there were no instructions on how to use it. One bathroom didn’t have a hand towel to dry your hands. Minor details, but they make a difference, especially in a shared space.
