都内での行動が多い人には便利な場所
9.023区内で寝室２部屋、３駅選べる場所に立地していたので用途に合わせて駅を選べてとても便利と感じた。お風呂場とお手洗いが別でとても良かった！建物出て目の前に飲料自販機、５０ｍ歩けばスーパー、薬局、クリーニング店があったのでイザという時にも便利だった！ 寝室が地下だったので、外出から帰宅して暑いと地下へ行き、すぐに涼めたのも良かった♪
− 豊島区の条例で仕方ないが、建物とは別の場所へ鍵を受け取る手続きをしないといけないのが荷物が多かったので面倒に感じた。（代表者だけがいけば良かったのでそれは良かった） 部屋が少しだけ埃っぽく感じた。１階なので埃が入りやすいのかもしれないが。。。

Solid place for a small group, clean, well-located, good value, and the tram stop right outside is
9.0Great location in Toshima, quiet neighborhood, convenience stores and restos are close by. The Gakushuinshita tram stop is right there too, which was honestly one of my favorite things about the area. We were in unit 102, ground floor with the only bedroom in the basement. Had to haul luggage down but it was fine. Place was clean, beds were comfy, WiFi was super fast. Hosts were friendly and checking in was easy.
− A bit tight for 7 people, but that's on us for booking with that many. If you're coming in a big group, just manage expectations, it's doable but cozy. Late-night transit options are also limited, so if you're out past 10:30 PM expect a longer walk back.
