El peor alojamiento

Lo único bueno del lugar es la disponibilidad de lavadora

− Todo, pésimo lugar en todo. Al llegar solicite ingresar 20 min antes, por lo cual me querían cobrar 4500 yen adicionales, siendo que la habitación estaba disponible y lista. Las áreas comunes del edificio muy sucias y deterioradas. Las toallas son de color cafe, para ocultar la suciedad y lo viejas que están. El baño no contaba con cortina de ducha y el desagüe estaba tapado, por lo cual 2 veces se nos inundó el baño al ducharnos, mojando toallas y ropa. Cama y sofá cama muy incómodos, se notaba que eran sumamente viejos y tenían agujeros que molestaban al acostarse. De los 6 lugares en los que me quede durante mi viaje por japon este fue el peor por lejos, no lo recomiendo para nada.

住宿地點生活機能極好，鄰近公園、車站、美術館/博物館、超市/超商 位置介於市區和迪士尼的中點 內部設施完備，餐具、廚具、洗衣機皆具備，暖氣效果良好

− 床墊品質偏差（便宜的彈簧床），支撐力道不足 入住時家具上有一層薄灰，觀感偏差

Highly priced dirty unacceptable place.

There was no breakfast. Location was relatively close to station. There was some toiletries

− It was very dirty. Bathroom flooded and I had to clean the filth from the drain so that the water would drain. The cupboard was used a storage space so we could not put anything in there. Everything that could rust, was rusted. Could not use the balcony to dry clothes because there was no place for hanging and balcony was so dirty and rusty. Entrance was shabby. I had concerns about the bathroom and that there was no WIF as advertised, and no one replied to me - not the host or Booking.com

Horrible, If you care about your hygiene and health safety, don’t book this room.

Nothing is great about this accommodation, building is very old, the photo doesn’t match the advertised picture at all. The sofa bed is broken, it could not be assembled into a bed. also the sofa is covered in mold and stain. When we arrived, the bed sheet were on top of the molded sofa without any protection. I booked this room for 3 people and because of all these issue, I have to find another accommodation at midnight, didn’t spend a single night at this place

− This room need to improve their cleaning and maintenance their furniture.

The price was right for an apartment that fit 3people, but it was a bit dated and out of the way.

The apartment was very close to a subway station and to convenience stores. The air conditioning worked well. Having a washer was really nice. Communication with the host was swift.

− The interior is in poor quality with stained furniture and holes in the floor. The key was not where I was told it would be. I had to ask for Wi-Fi information.
