The location is great! Close to major plaza

− The air conditioning wasnt working, when I inform about it they didnt fix it, and the tenperature 36-39 was terrible to live and even sleep.

− Категорически не рекомендую данное жилье! Мы заплатили за 4 ночи 700€ + 300€ депозит, но услуга не была оказана в полной мере. Ещё до заезда мы просили о раннем заселении. Получив отказ, мы отнеслись с пониманием и просто попросили оставить багаж, так как эта услуга была заявлена. Нам разрешили привезти вещи к 12:00, но позже передумали и отказали, заявив, что в 12:00 придет мастер чинить кондиционер. В итоге, разумеется, никто не пришел и ничего не починил. При этом на наши бесчисленные сообщения хозяин лишь отмахнулся цитатой: «Они являются сторонней компанией, и они постоянно переносят визиты, их невозможно поймать». ​В итоге при заезде в городе была дикая жара +36°C. Кондиционер не работал, квартира нагрелась страшно, дышать было абсолютно нечем. Вместо решения проблемы нам оставили старый вентилятор, который просто гонял горячий воздух и жутко шумел. Из-за нехватки воздуха и духоты ночью у меня случилась паническая атака. ​Коммуникация — это отдельный кошмар, в WhatsApp отвечает только бесполезный бот. Достучаться до хозяина невозможно, пришлось часами звонить в поддержку Booking.com. Апогеем стало то, что в 23:50 нам заявили: «Выселяйтесь прямо сейчас, и тогда мы одобрим бесплатную отмену». Куда две хрупкие девушки должны идти ночью в чужом городе? Разумеется, нам пришлось остаться в этой невыносимой жаре. ​В итоге за этот ужас с нас всё равно удержали стоимость одной ночи и 70€ за клининг, хотя кондиционер был заявлен в описании, и это чистый обман. Депозит и оставшуюся часть вернули, но компенсация не покрывает пережитый стресс. Не совершайте нашу ошибку: за эти деньги лучше выберите хороший отель, где кондиционер точно будет работать, а сервис будет человеческим.

Location and car parking availability

− Air conditioning not working. Temperature was 37 degrees centigrade that day. The staff brought a floor fan which was too noisy. I asked for a more suitable standing fan to use in the bedroom and I was ignored. The coffee machine didn’t work and again nothing was done. They took 300 euros deposit and I am still waiting for my money back a week later despite asking for it repeatedly. They said it takes up to 15 working days for the deposit to be returned!

L'emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre historique et parcourir les différents lieux à voir. Proximité de nombreux restaurants. L'appartement est très bien, idéal pour un couple, bien agencé et fonctionnel .

Really great location and very comfortable, but communication poor

The location is fantastic, 1 minute from Calle Mayor and 4 mins from the Royal Palace. Despite being so central, it is on a quiet street so no night-time disturbance at all, on the 2nd floor (with a lift) with juliet balconies from the lounge and bedroom. The apartment is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen area is bigger than it seems in the photos with adequate facilities for preparing meals. We were mindful of the reviews so did not linger in the shower, and we had no problems at all (there were 2 of us).

− *** IMPORTANT: you need a key to get into the building. The key code they tell you about is for the apartment door. Someone has to meet you at an agreed time so you can gain access to the building. They only give you 1 key to the main door *** We did not like the communication with Charming, charming it was not. We tried to find out if there was a physical key as, if so, we needed 2. They did not reply until after we paid the 300 euro deposit., and they told us that there was a key code - no mention of a physical key and the necessity to meet someone. Also, the key code was not released at 3pm, not till 6pm. When we asked for a 2nd key we were told there was only 1. There appears to be 2 companies you deal with, and they do not talk to each other. Had it not been for the communication and key issues, we would have rated this apartment 10. It has many positives.
