6.0− No human attention, I arrived from Chiba at 1:30 pm, was on the street with my bag, nowhere to sit and hide from extreme hot weather, no chair, no washroom, tried to call them many times, only got answering machine in Japanese. I am a senior and didn't deserve this surprise by booking a hotel with no human attention or assistance at all. Wish I knew that before making booking. Also, centre table was broken, had to eat food on my lap. Many unclean spots on all walls.
