− Accessibilité ascenseur vétuste- 2 par ascenseur et au 5 eme étage.. Pas de vue. Appartement beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est.. salle de bain très petite on pouvait à peine fermer la porte. Aucun volet ou store opaque pour le jour..

I liked nothing about this apartment.

− My stay at Alcam Urgell was unfortunately very disappointing and I would not recommend this property. The first issue was the €300 security deposit. While it may have been mentioned somewhere in the booking details, it was hidden in very small text and not clearly highlighted. This came as an unpleasant surprise, especially since none of the other apartments I stayed in during my trip required such a large deposit. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. Guests are required to complete a lengthy online registration form, which took nearly an hour to finish before access could be granted. Even after completing the process, the electronic key took a long time to activate, making arrival stressful and inconvenient. The apartment itself was old and poorly maintained. Several doors and windows were damaged or broken, affecting both comfort and security. The shower was also not functioning properly during our stay. Cleanliness and maintenance standards were below expectations. Kitchen utensils were dirty, the kettle had visible limescale and signs of poor maintenance, and some electrical appliances were either malfunctioning or not working correctly. The toaster was dirty and contained burnt residue from previous use. The refrigerator drawers were damaged and appeared worn out. I have photographs documenting these issues. The building elevator is extremely old and did not feel safe. As a tourist carrying luggage, using it was uncomfortable and concerning. It would benefit from maintenance or replacement to improve guest safety. Overall, the apartment did not match the quality I expected based on the listing. Between the hidden deposit, broken facilities, cleanliness issues, malfunctioning appliances, broken windows and doors, shower problems, and the cumbersome check-in process, the experience was disappointing. I would strongly recommend that future guests consider alternative accommodation options in Barcelona.

Świetna lokalizacja apartamentu — bardzo blisko targu, stacji metra, marketów oraz kawiarni. Okolica była wygodna i dobrze skomunikowana, dzięki czemu wszystko było praktycznie w zasięgu kilku minut spacerem.

− Pobyt niestety nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań, Kuchnia była słabo wyposażona — brakowało podstawowych rzeczy, takich jak garnki czy patelnia, co utrudniało samodzielne przygotowywanie posiłków. Zdjęcia w ofercie prezentują apartament znacznie lepiej niż wygląda on w rzeczywistości. Podłoga była mocno zniszczona, a łazienki bardzo małe i mało komfortowe, z jednej praktycznie nie dało się wygodnie korzystać. Największym problemem była jednak kwestia płatności. Doszło do podwójnego obciążenia za podatek i kaucję. Mimo że płatność została wykonana, sprzedawca twierdził, że jej nie widzi i poinformował nas, że nie otrzymamy kodów dostępu do apartamentu, jeśli nie uiścimy jej ponownie. Zostaliśmy więc praktycznie zmuszeni do ponownej zapłaty, mimo że problem nie leżał po naszej stronie — wystarczyło potwierdzić transakcję z bankiem. Wyjaśnienie całej sytuacji zajęło prawie 3 tygodnie obsługa niestety nie była pomocna. Na plus trzeba jednak zaznaczyć, że gdy w apartamencie pojawił się problem z cieknącą wodą, usterka została usunięta w ciągu kilku godzin.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Barcelone

Très bon emplacement (près du quartier gothique, des ramblas ...), entre deux lignes de métro. Plein de petits commercants autour ainsi qu'un supermarché. L'appartement est agréable avec de bons espaces de vie commune et nuit. Processus pour rentrer dans l'appartement est top car ca évite d'avoir une seule clé pour tout un groupe et de la perdre. 2 salles de bain/toilettes. Une de très petite taille mais pour 5 personnes, ca permet un gain de temps.

− L'appartement est équipé d'ustensiles de cuisine mais par contre pour faire la cuisine, il manque une poele et au moins une casserole de taille moyenne. Il y avait seulement une grosse marmitte.
