Logement sommaire mais très pratique, bien climatisé et très bien placé. Parfait pour une famille, proche des transports en commun et de parkings avec des possibilités longue durée pas trop chères.

− Attention au check in qui est compliqué à faire depuis un téléphone (le formulaire ne cesse de se remettre à jour et n'intègre pas les sauvegardes, et il faut avoir les scans/phots des documents de toutes les personnes hébergées). Or si le check in n'est pas fait le code d'ouverture de la porte ne fonctionne pas, ce qui a conduit à un moment peu agréable pour l'hôte et pour nous-mêmes. Par ailleurs bien prévoir la taxe de séjour qui n'est pas indiquée et qui se porte à environ 10€/nuit et par adulte

The building is not that new (the lift is really small - for 2 people max) but apartment is ok, functional, with central air conditioner, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms.

− Even tough I paid the city tax 4-5h before arrive to the apartment, the check in online kept saying it was not paid. I called/texted the host to ask if this could be a problem and she said no, that all info I needed was available in the check in online form. However, when we got the apartment, the apartment entry code was not activated, so we could get in. I had to call her many times and she was not understanding, she was just saying that all the information I needed was in the form. After I explained a few times, she checked the camera according to her and opened it remotely. I've shared all the evidences that the city tax was paid already but she took hours to activate the code manually (let us waiting outside the apartment after 10pm without answering my calls when we got back from dinner).

Лесно и удобно настаняване с кодове за вратите, праща се чек-ин оналайн и достатъчно отрано, а там има необходимата информация за настаняването. Едно от най-големите удобства е, че има кутии за съхранение на багаж в общо помощение. Мястото за настаняване е в близост до спирка на метрото и на комуникативно място, откъм транспорт. Апартаментът разполага с 3 спални, оборудвани с телевизори, 2 бани, голям хол с трапезна маса и малка кухня с голям хладилник, пералня и сушилня. Има съдове и прибори. Wi-fi е налично. Домакините нямат сложни изисквания и са се погрижили за удобството на гостите. Има малък асансьор в сградата.

− Прекрасно е, че има 2 бани, но има 1 малък бойлер и водата свършва доста бързо, определено не е достатъчна за капацитета на апартамента и бавно затопля наново водата. Има забележки по почистването. Ранно освобождаване и късно настаняване, но поне са се погрижили да има кутии за съхранение на багажа.
