Spacious apartment but needs TLC.
5.0The building and the location were quiet nice. The apartment was also spacious with 4 bedrooms and a nice living room.
− Overall the quality of the apartment compared to the price we paid was significantly less. 1. There were no toiletries at all. Not even a handwash in the toilet. 2. The duvets and mattresses were dirty. There were no covers and visible huge patches of dirt marks like they werent washed in a while. 3. The kitched missed utensils and crockery in general. For a 4 bedroom apartment, there were 4-6 glasses and the rest were plastic cups that you get at festivals and events. 4. There was mould in some parts of the bedroom and one of the bathrooms didn't lock from the inside. Needs some TLC in general.

8.0Das Appartement hat eine sehr gute Lage: Bäcker, Supermarkt und Apotheke sind direkt nebenan. Die U-bahn-Station Joanic ist 7‘ Minuten entfernt (und das Metro-netz ist super!), sodass man schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Zum Park Guell und zur Sagrada Familia kann man auch einen Spaziergang von 30 Minuten machen. Das Appartement ist grundsätzlich sehr gut ausgestattet: im Wohn- und Esszimmer haben alle 8 Leute gut Platz, die Küche ist ziemlich vollständig (ein paar kleine Gabeln und Löffel hätten uns gefehlt), die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut (im Wohnraum kräftig, in den Schlafzimmern sanft). Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilft bei Fragen und Problemen gerne weiter.
− Es hat uns nicht betroffen, aber künftige Gästen sollten wissen, dass die Betten eher von der härteren Sorte sind, manche sind da sensibel.

1.0− Struttura sporca, mal tenuta, in tutte le stanze: cucina, soggiorno, camere da letto, docce impossibile per famiglie con bambini e anche in generale prezzo assurdo rispetto alla qualità così bassa abbiamo chiesto di non entrare ed essere rimborsati e non ci è stato consentito; ci è stata data in alternativa una struttura diversa, questa a posto e pulita, ma decisamente più piccola (oltre a perdere mezza giornata su un soggiorno di 3 notti)
