Buena ubicación. Piso amplio, eramos un grupo de 8. Aires acondicionados bien. Cocina con lo necesario, echamos de menos una tostadora. Puntual para el checkin. Comunicación buena via wasap. Hay varios parking de pago en los alrededores.

− Sofa cama, es el sofa, no de los que tiene colchón. Y no es muy comodo. La tv no funciona..

The apartment was good value for money. We went with a group of 9 and there was enough space for all of us. It's very central and easy to access public transport, shops, restaurants etc. They also responded quickly when we had an issue with the kitchen door and were willing to come and fix it for us.

− There are a couple of cracks in the tiles or the skirting boards and the terrace door handle is broken, but nothing that interrupted our trip or was a major inconvenience. There was also only 1 cereal bowl which we thought was quite funny.

The airco worked in most of the rooms (4oit of 6) Location close to the train station was ideal

− All the issues discussed by previous guests are true (pressure of the water is poor, cleanliness of the furniture is not sufficient and utilities in the kitchen are under average). Rent service only speaks Spanish and was not responding adequately. Only the person who came to clean the apartment was on time to make sure we left....

L’interno del palazzo

− L’alloggio si presenta in condizioni deteriorate, muri rovinati e macchiati, un bagno completamente inutilizzabile in quanto c’era un buco sul soffitto dove fuoriusciva della paglia e il water non funzionante (abbiamo chiesto assistenza ma non si è presentato nessuno per risolvere il problema), il frigo emanava cattivi odori. Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento in quanto si presentava spazioso e con due bagni essendo in 7 persone ma abbiamo avuto un soggiorno spiacevole. Un appartamento venduto per otto persone e con un bagno funzionante da dividere è qualcosa di veramente complicato. Zero confort

The location and size of the property is ideal however unfortunately it needs a lot of work to make it suitable for letting. They let us drop out luggage off at 11am and gave us the keys however we did not access the property until 6/7 in the evening after spending the day sightseeing. I have stayed in a lot of places whilst travelling and never had to request to move this however was not safe. After a lot of arguing with the owner and then sending someone to review the property they accepted a full refund for us to leave which we did instantly even though we had to find somewhere else (by this time it was gone 10pm)

− Where to start. It was dirty. Not just everyday dirt (you could see the cleaner had been in and tried her best) but ground in filth. The Aircon was not working in two of the single rooms, the fans in bathroom were filthy, the shower door came off in my son's hands, the other shower head did not work properly, the back door handle was not on the door, the toilet seat was broken, the couch was all torn and needs replacing the tub chairs were filthy, a picture in the hall had the glass all smashed and the walls were covered in stains (not just everyday luggage marks and scuffs etc). We didn't need to go looking for any of this it was all obvious. Despite the owner saying he was not aware. The bedding was clean but worn. After a lot of discussions and them sending out someone to review the place we were granted a full refund which allowed us to leave and find somewhere else. The place could be amazing with a little work unfortunately in its current state it should not be rented.

Inaceptable para alojarse en pleno verano.

Era grande.

− Nos alojamos 3 noches en este apartamento durante el mes de julio, con temperaturas cercanas a los 40 °C, y la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. Nada más llegar, la persona que nos recibió nos informó de que el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba. Además, nos advirtió de que, si utilizábamos varios electrodomésticos a la vez (lavadora, lavavajillas, etc.), podrían saltar los plomos. Nuestra sorpresa fue comprobar que los plomos saltaban incluso teniendo únicamente encendidos los aparatos de aire acondicionado que sí funcionaban. Esto demuestra que la potencia eléctrica contratada por el alojamiento no es suficiente para cubrir unas necesidades básicas, especialmente en pleno verano. Como solución, nos dijeron que pasaría un técnico, pero teníamos que permanecer en el apartamento esperando su llegada. Estábamos de vacaciones y teníamos actividades programadas, por lo que no era razonable pasar el día esperando. La otra alternativa era autorizar la entrada del técnico sin nuestra presencia, algo que no consideramos adecuado teniendo todas nuestras pertenencias dentro del apartamento. Por otro lado, el estado de limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Encontramos suelos y rodapiés llenos de polvo, hasta el punto de que una de las personas del grupo, alérgica al polvo, tuvo que tomar antihistamínicos. Además, había basura en las papeleras cuando llegamos, humedades y manchas en las paredes, una bombilla fundida en una de las mesillas y un sofá completamente rajado, oculto bajo una manta para disimular su estado. Como detalle adicional, también vimos cucarachas en el rellano del edificio. En definitiva, consideramos que el apartamento necesita una mejora importante tanto en el mantenimiento como en la limpieza y, sobre todo, en la instalación eléctrica. Son aspectos básicos que deberían estar garantizados antes de ofrecer el alojamiento a los huéspedes.
