The location of the accommodation is good, but unfortunately our stay was severely affected already at check-in.

− The check-in instructions were incorrect, as the necessary door code was missing. Since our follow-up questions to the designated contact person were ignored, we had to desperately look for a solution ourselves. After about 45 minutes of our own research, we found out that we were supposed to go to a pickup point instead. However, after nearly a 30-minute walk there, we discovered that the missing door code had meanwhile been sent to us without any explanation—about an hour after the announced time. As a result, we had to walk all the way back with our luggage before we could finally enter our room. What was especially disappointing was that during the entire issue, no one was reachable or contacted us proactively. The poor communication and organization unfortunately overshadowed the overall impression of the accommodation significantly.

Convenient location near the station, quiet neighbourhood, clean room, and excellent amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located near Otsuka Station, yet the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. It had all the amenities we needed, including an elevator, air conditioning, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a hair dryer. The microwave was a bonus. Everything was clean and well-prepared when we checked in.

− The room was much smaller than expected. With three suitcases (20", 24", and 28"), we could only fully open two at a time, while the largest one had to be partially opened in the hallway. The bathroom was also very small. The biggest inconvenience was the key collection process. We had to travel to a pub in a different area to obtain the key-lock password instead of receiving it through the Booking.com messaging system. This added unnecessary hassle to the check-in experience.

L'appartamento era esattamente come in foto. Tutto molto pulito e funzionale: era piccolo ma pieno di spazi organizzativi per vestiti/valigie. Lo staff davvero gentile, mi hanno anche dato una mano a capire come spedire i miei bagagli alla città successiva, nonostante non siano un hotel e non offrano questo servizio. Zona stupenda, molto tipica, a due passi dalla linea Yamanote, quindi comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

− Un po' macchinoso il fatto che per fare check in bisognasse presentarsi in un locale in una zona vicina di Tokyo, il cui indirizzo fornito non veniva riconosciuto dal navigatore e ho impiegato un'ora a trovarlo nonostante abbia chiesto aiuto a delle persone giapponesi 😓
