I loved the location. It was near a bunch of restaurants and a grocery store.

− Just the narrow stairs.

総じて設備は新しくしっかりしており、値段の割にお得だと思います。また泊まりたいと思います。

寝室が2階に3つあり、3人がそれそれの部屋でゆっくり寝られました。 トイレと洗面台が1階と2階に別々にあり、もっと大人数で宿泊しても問題ないと思いました。

− マットレスが貧相で、背中にコイルが当たって痛かったです。 和室の敷布団も薄っぺらかったので、もう少し睡眠環境に気を配ってもらえればと思いました。 スリッパが無いので、冷え性の私はちょっと困りました。

Lots of rooms; everyone was able to sleep in their own rooms. Lots of towels and toilet paper. Great location-there are 2 supermarkets, 2 convenience stores, 1 discounted supermarket, a sushi restaurant and a pharmacy less than 6 mins away from property. Station is also very close. Very quiet neighbourhood that felt safe!

− The beds were definitely very hard for many, I luckily prefer hard mattresses so I did sleep well. The futons in the Japanese rooms were possibly very old, and so they were denser than usual, making them thin and provides little comfort. Luckily, I have a baby who has been sleeping on extremely firm mattress to avoid SIDS, so we had the baby sleep on the futon. I would also have appreciated a cloth for wiping the kitchen counter and table. It didn’t bother me much but we didn’t see any darts or a ball for the dartboard and baby basketball loop downstairs.

・子供がいたので地下のキッズスペースはよい ・洗面台とトイレが1階と2階にあったので便利 ・チェックインアウトはとても楽だった ・ゴミの持ち帰りがないのが良かった

− ・掃除が行き届いていない（大掃除が始まる） 　クイックルワイパーのシートが必要 ・掃除機が2台あったが汚くて吸えない（掃除した） ・地下室のジャングルジム下に知らない人の靴下やガラス破片、ネジが大量（とても危険だった） ・ベランダがゴミだらけ（放棄されている） ・電気ケトルが使えない（電源が入らない） ・お風呂の排水溝がすぐ溜まる ・洗濯機周りが埃だらけ ・布団が薄くてほぼ床で寝ている状態 ・4世帯で宿泊したが、部屋は3部屋のみ 　ソファベッドは寝れる感じではない（ベッドにならないし汚い） ・和室はカーテンではなく障子になっており、横が街路灯で夜は明るく、朝は眩しい（子供には不向き） ・地下室のエアコンはリモコンの液晶が故障している
