三人房的空間完全足夠，乾淨寬敞。雖然是自助式，但都有詳細的說明如何使用，好的住宿讓我的旅程完整了一半，推推。

地點離兩國地鐵站走路9分鐘而已，日本的街道走起來很舒適；巷口就有Lawson非常方便，周遭環境也單純安靜，感覺像一般住宅區。 房間的空間比我想像的大，我們有三個人三個29吋的行李箱(有上掀蓋型)，買很多東西回來也可以輕鬆整理，完美解決我對日本住宿空間不足的擔憂。 房間區、客廳區、廚房、衛浴區還有進門玄關，就是一個家庭式的公寓。總之我很滿意，下次去還會想選擇住這邊~

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la torre Sky Tree, que se llega caminando, cerca de las estaciones de tren y subte, y de ahi llegas a todos lados, barrio tranquilo. También a unas 18 cuadras de Asakusa, tambien llegas caminando. El dto muy cómodo, tiene lavarropa

− Se me complicó que me dieran la clave de acceso al dto, en realidad eran dos claves, una para entrar al edificio y la otra para la llave del dto, tuve que llamar a Booking y me lo resolvieron enseguida. No estaba clara la explicación. Lo demás perfecto.

Large construction happening right next door. Neighbours don't want you there. Not toddler friendly

Good location. Good sized room from Tokyo. Close to a park with playground, space and koi pond. Good spot to walk Sumida River. The drying room in the shower was amazing. Quiet neighbourhood close to what you need.

− We were provided check-in instructions that didn't work when we arrived. Seems the spare key was left which had a different code to access the key. We had a toddler and we didn't know if we'd be answered and were starting to think about going to another hotel. We had travelled for a big part of the day and it really sucked with a toddler and being right beside a road. After 2 hours we got the code to the spare key. It felt like the neighbours in the complex didn't like us (tourists) being there, it is a residential building in a residential area. Our toddler was doing a couple of fun laps of the apartment and we think a neighbour was bashing on walls. It wasn't loud and it was 1pm.... We are very mindful of our child's behaviour and are out exploring pretty much all day (except for nap times) and can say that it was an excessive reaction to a very small bit of normal appartment noise. Not a toddler friendly room. Stuff everywhere that we had to hide away, for example cooking knives in the under sink cupboards. Also there was cooking appliances that had signs on the. Prohibiting their use (the grill). The room was not clean and had to do our own vacuum when we arrived. There were small beads everywhere which was a nightmare for choking risk with a small child's (think a previous guests necklace had broken and was only partially cleaned up). Washing machine was very loud and sounded like it was about to die. When we booked the accommodation there was no mention of upcoming construction next door (it's a whole new building, we only booked about 2 months out, they would have known) then were advised of the construction just before we arrived, at a point where we couldn't find any alternative accommodation. It was noisy and lots of vibrations, albeit only during the day. But mayhem to try get a toddler to nap through.

Shocking Lack of Cleanliness – Avoid at All Costs

− The property was absolutely disgusting when we checked in. It had not been properly cleaned: everything was dusty, visibly dusty you could pass your finger over several things and would pick up all the dust, there were hairs in the bathroom (including pubic hairs!), even a used toothpick on the bathroom floor! We also found an disgusting insect. We sent all the evidence to the host to cancel a second booking we planned to have at this property and he didnt respond. There was no communication whatsover and was a terrible experience. I feel completely scammed. The 2nd bed is almost like inflatable matress (unbearable) and the towels they leave for clients are sooo tiny its very uncomfortable to take a shower. Would not recommend AT ALL this property. You are in Japan, any other place will be impeccably clean, this place was such a disgrace.
