9.0L'emplacement est proche des transports en commun, le centre de Madrid se trouve à 2 stations de train. Le quartier est calme, l'appartement est propre et confortable, la petite terrasse est un plus ! Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour à Madrid !

10.0Świetne miejsce, byliśmy na festiwalu w pobliżu i apartament położony idealnie - blisko Mad Cool, blisko metra, Lidla czy KFC. Żółta linia 3 jedzie do centrum. W apartamencie wszystko czego potrzeba plus spokój i cisza. Zdecydowanie polecam.

6.0الشقة لاباس بها تبعد عند محطة المترو حوالي 15 دقيقة مشي وتجهيزات المطبخ جيدة
− السرير لم يكن مريح والاثاث قديم كما ان الحي مخيف ولايشعرك بالاطمئنان والعزل ضعيف جداً حيث يمكن سماع اصوات الجيران .وعند استلامنا للشقة كان فيها ريحة غير جيدة مما اضطررنا ان نشتري معطرات ومنظفات وبخور وبعد يومين نجحنا واختفت الروائح الكريهة واصبحت رائحة الشقة زكية . وهناك مشكلة في نظام الشقة انه لابد من دفع مبلغ 300 يورو كتامين وذلك قبل استلام كود فتح الشقة وبعد الدفع يتم ارسال الاكواد لدخول المبنى والشقة .
