Location was good

− Too old , too dirty. They didn’t display the ugly, old, and dirty room photos prominently — it was very deceptive. When we entered the room, there was no Wi-Fi. We had to contact the staff and get the code by connecting to Wi-Fi from another place. We had already paid 100% of the amount, but after just 4 hours of sleep, we decided to leave the hotel the next day. Oh, and even though they charged a cleaning fee during payment, everything was old and filthy — even touching things felt unpleasant. It really made us feel like we wanted a refund.

− The room was very dirty. The floor was sticky to the point that it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned. The toilet had not been washed, and the carpet smelled musty. The stove had not been cleaned either — there were grease stains all over it. The bed appeared to have been broken and was simply placed on the floor to make it look like a regular bed. There was also a used rag left inside the washing machine.

You will be disappointed with their service.

Good location to scroll around Tokyo and nearby. Many station nearby by few steps.

− 1. Communication was THE WORST I HAD. No proper explanation on the key collection, the impression on the image room vs reality is not what you expected, Not recommend people to stay here. 2. The key instruction was not detail enough to follow. The communication was VERY POOR and NOT HELPFUL. I had to ask the neighbor who use the same service to TEACH me how to unlock their black box key. 3. To collect the key from black box was challenging. The black box system made things difficult and we had to stay outside for 30 minutes just to solve the problem and it was freaking cold and stressful!. Please find other system on this matter. 3. The bathroom was not as pictured as posted on the booking.com website. It was very old school that it has dirt and thrash underneath the bathtub. The bath tub could not be filled with water as the dirt and thrash will float underneath causing stepping on the dirty water. 4. The most SURPRISING thing happened when we thought the RICE COOKER was able to use, the previous user nor cleaner did not check nor clean it and it grew all the nasty things you can imagine of. We had to cook the rice with other option like the pot provided. 5. The price paid was not reasonable for this kind of service and booking.com must do something to this specific room and owner. Especially the communication and key collection. I hope booking.com take action on the owner on the POOR SERVICE provided by the best country in the world. 6. Old looking washing machine but functioning, not as pictured. 7. The owner was not very helpful. 8. Overall not clean enough and looks very old. 9. Not recommend for people to come and stay here as you will have things to complain about.
