9.0Beautiful building and apartment. Very central location. Cool neighborhood. Lots of shopping options right on the street for those who like it. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Very modern and comfortable.
− The bathroom was on the smaller side, but this is expected in a central area.
Zentral gelegene Oase der Ruhe mit Online-Schlüssel
10.0Die sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist ganz zentral gelegen, zur Gran Vía oder Puerta del Sol kann man zu Fuß gehen. Trotz des Trubels auf der Straße ist die Wohnung mit Blick in einen Innenhof eine Oase der Ruhe. Man hört bei offenem Fenster nur das leise Plätschern eines Brunnens.
− Wenn zwei Personen in der Wohnung sind, aber nicht in einem Bett schlafen wollen, wird es schwierig, weil man unter einer Decke liegen müsste. Wir hatten einen Schlafsack dabei und einer konnte super auf dem Sofa schlafen. Möglich, dass man eine zweite Garnitur Bettzeug bekommen könnte. Wer die Wohnung bucht, braucht etwas Geduld und Zeit. Nicht nur das in Spanien (wie wir verstanden haben, vorgeschriebene) Online-Registrieren ist nötig, mit Scan des Ausweises. Um in das Haus und die Wohnung zu gelangen, muss man sich eine App aufs Handy laden. Das hat bei uns alles perfekt funktioniert. Aber wer sich vorab nicht auf diese Sachen einstellt, erlebt vor der Tür mindestens einige frustrierende Augenblicke. Sicherheitshalber hatten wir tagsüber eine Powerbank dabei, damit wir nicht mit leerem Handy-Akku vor der Tür stehen. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern funktionierte problemlos. Aber es war wohl zum Teil wenigstens ein Bot, der antwortete. Es ist anscheinend die moderne Form der Vermietung, aber mancher Gast würde vielleicht lieber eine kleine Wartezeit an einer Rezeption in Kauf nehmen.
