Good location, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

− Ants were everywhere, even on the bed, in all rooms, although appartment in on the 6th floor. There were casseroles in the appartment, but 0 pan or oven equipment, not even possible to make eggs. Staff does not speak English, they send messages in Spanish and with delay. And didn’t react at all to request for a pan. For check in you have to pay 25 euros or even more if you come later hours (after 18), for this amount that’s blizzard. No possibility of late check out, no possibility to leave luggage.

− The Check in service was terrible. The arrangement was to meet at 12:30 at noon after chatting with host. Suddenly we receive a message that the meeting for check in will be at 16:30. We were already in the building when we received this message. Then they told us that another agent will arrive at 13:00. The agent arrived at 13:00 and was asking to pay the Tourist tax of Barcelona. My daughter is 14 years old and as per the law teenagers younger than 16 years old do not pay the tax. The lady (agent) that arrived insisted that my daughter should pay because the law mentions that people aged over 11 years old pay the tax. Not only she wanted my daughter to pay but whe asked us to pay per day not per night. to cut the long story short we were supposed to pay 93,75 Euros and the lady was asking us to pay 150 Euros. After spending 2 hours!!! in phone calls we payed the correct amount of money in tax 93,75. Apart from this terrible experience the house was not very clean and half of Heat units were out of order (Kitchen, Living room and one bedroom) We contacted the host twice but never responded and never resolved the issue. Actually the host appeared only before the check in and before the check out process with chat messages
