It was a well designed apartment on ground floor level, just a few steps. It was amazing what was put into a small space. Very modern, bedrooms small but there was only 2 of us so it was no problem.

− The area was a little dodgey but no different to many areas of Madrid so all in all you must go with it.

Dos habitaciones, ambas con cama de matrimonio y 2 cuartos de baño completamente equipados. Además, cuenta con un salón comedor, también bien acondicionado con todo lo necesario. Tiene aire acondicionado tanto en el salón como en ambos dormitorios. Muy limpio y cómodo. Ubicado en pleno centro.

Die Lage war sehr zentral und fussläufig zu verschiedensten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Nette Kaffees in direkter Nähe. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Fragen wurden sofort über WhatsApp beantwortet.

− Die Umgebung war sehr laut in der Nacht.

Perfekte Lage. Innenstadt alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Per WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar um behilflich zu sein

− Die Klimaanlagen könnten etwas stärker sein.Aber zum Glück ist das Appartement so angelegt,dass keine Sonne es aufheizen kann.Daher passt es auch

As a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, convenient and comfortable apartment in a characterful neighbourhood with excellent transport links and walking distance to much in central Madrid, it was an excellent base.

− The owners or managing agents cannot do anything about this, and it is a real pity to have to report, but the apartment is vulnerable to anti-social behaviour. I think the main weakness is the play area adjacent and street level windows - see pictures. Between the hours of 2300 and 0600: one night there was what sounded like an affray that had to be broken up by authorities; another night youths kicked a football around; many nights heavy vehicle noise, loud talking and the dragging of bins easily penetrated the apartment. One early evening young children at the play area climbed the buttress steps outside the living area and banged continuously on the round windows. If it were not for these experiences, I would give the apartment and its overall location an unqualified high recommendation. We may have had an unlucky streak, and we still had a great time in Madrid, taking disadvantages in our stride, so please read other reviews for wider history and context.
