Good overall but really over priced
7.0The location was good and close to everything. Perfect if you’re a tourist. The place had a washer and dryer which made things easier. Everything is new and the apartment is homey. Just like the pictures
− When we got there the floors weren’t clean. Even with the cleaning service the floors weren’t properly cleaned. There was a leak at the building next to us and the entrance was filled with water, the smell was bad for almost 2 weeks. Even when the leak was fixed the entrance wasn’t clean. The internet was very slow and kept disconnecting. You can tell that the building is new. The property owner was very responsive and tried to help when she could and you can tell they want to improve.

7.0The location was excellent. It was a minute walk to La Rambla and there were a ton of restaurants, shops, markets and etc. within a 5 min walk. There are lots of taxis available close by. Lots of good night life and things to do nearby. Probably the best area to be in as a tourist. The apartment is newly renovated with update fixtures and in-unit laundry! The kitchen also had a dishwasher which was great.
− It can get very loud at night so it was difficult have the windows open when trying to sleep, but there is central heat/cool so it worked out. I did find that the property lacked things like everyday cleaning supplies, kitchen tools, extra pillows/blankets. Cleaning service comes once a week which is nice, but I noticed after walking around that floors weren't cleaned very well when I arrived and the towels had stains.
Good to know
The cleaning service includes: changing bed linens and bathroom towels (dirty items are removed and replaced with clean ones); sanitizing the bathroom (applying disinfectant to the shower screen, shower, toilet, sink, and cleaning the floor). No cleaning of floors or surfaces is carried out in the rest of the apartment. Trash is not removed. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
