− All'arrivo le chiavi non erano nel lock box come dichiarato. Abbiamo dovuto contattare l'agenzia e attendere 30 minuti in strada prima di poter accedere all'appartamento. L'appartamento: dita di polvere sui lampadari, sedie esterne rotte (2 su 6), . Eravamo 5 ospiti, il divano letto non era né pronto né hanno lasciato la biancheria a disposizione , IMPALCATURA sulla facciata del palazzo, porta finestra e balconcino della camera letta INUTILIZZABILE, odore di fumo/chiuso in tutta la casa. Terrazzo tenuto in pessime condizioni, con mozziconi di sigarette chissà vecchi di quanto e fili della corrente buttati a terra. Bagno largo e comodo...ma 3 rotoli di carta igienica per 5 persone per 3 giorni? Locale lavanderia se volete tenerla accessibile andrebbe tenuta un po' meglio...

− Non mi è piaciuta la gestione della cauzione. L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una maggiore pulizia , cucina grande ma con pochi utensili e quelli presenti rovinati. Doccia fredda per metà soggiorno. Insomma nel complesso un po' deludente. Anche per questo non tornerei.

− Colchón del sofá cama muy sucio y que el edificio estaba con andamio y nos avisaron de esta circunstancia a las 8 de la mañana teníamos los obrero en las ventana de una habitacion, buen barrio pero no estaba cerca de nada, aparcamiento público imposible en la zona. Primer piso sin ascensor con escalera muy impinada

Key collection is done at our reception in a different location from the apartment. From Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. there will be someone waiting for you in the office so you can check in and make payments in person. From Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on Sundays, we will do self-check online (Days prior to arrival) in this way, you can collect the keys in the key box at the reception. In the event that the corresponding SELF CHECK IN is not carried out and in-person intervention is necessary to check-in, between 30 and 50 EUR will be charged. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
