9.0Location was great. So close to Shin-Okubo station and close to Koreatown in Shinjuku. Room was also spacious for family of three. AC worked great.
− The towels need to be replaced. They have that damp musky/moldy smell. The type of towels provided by the host were also not the greatest fabric.
It’s good, but can be improved.

8.0The position is convenient close to the metro and the instruction for checkin and checkout were clear.
− The location is very close to train tracks, if you stay long time in the room could be annoying. For us was not a big problem.
I love this stay. Would definitely come back if I had another chance to visit Tokyo.
