性價比適當。環境整理得相當整潔。三人住宿空間足夠。有隔間有余裕的桌椅，我仍可在夜間處理工作，家人則可關上門板入睡，兩個房間皆有冷氣。浴室有乾燥功能，住宿期間連續雨天，仍可以每天洗衣服，一夜就乾爽。 整體建築相當新穎，應該是今年新建落成，用料紮實。收垃圾的倉庫也乾淨。 位置在住宅區，遠離車站週邊的喧囂。我們可以散步感受日本的日常生活與町小路氛圍。 住宿位置鄰近有3間便利商店、1間藥妝店、4間超市、1間錢湯、1個商店街。我們善用蒲田駅東口的高速巴士往返東京迪士尼樂園。 總結是個讓家人滿意的住宿體驗。 第一天較晚抵達，夜裡詢問Wifi 設定方式仍願意快速回覆。感謝經營團隊的用心。

Это трехкомнатная квартира, чистая, тихая, техника новая, кровати отличные. В маленькой комнате раскладывается диванчик. По ближайшей станции JR минут 15 пешком, до метро - пол часа. В округе несколько супермаркетов. Немного затруднились с получением ключа в сейфе, но на улице ночевать не остались, справились))

New apartment

− 1. After booking, we received an email asking us to complete guest information in an online form. The form was very inconvenient and did not work well. It appears to use some kind of artificial intelligence, but the result was poor, so everything had to be entered manually. This was the least convenient form I have encountered in Japan when staying in this type of accommodation. In some places, it is possible simply to send the required information by email, which is much more convenient. 2. Only one key was provided for the entrance door, and our request for a second key was refused. This is inconvenient for a group of four people. In properties of this type, code locks are often used, so this issue does not arise. Our room, 302, did not have a code lock. 3. The property charges JPY 8,000 for cleaning. However, when we arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned properly. The photo shows what a cloth looked like after we wiped about half of the kitchen floor, approximately two square meters. We also found a false nail left in the apartment, and it appeared that the area under the beds had not been cleaned thoroughly. 4. The apartment does not have standard Japanese TV channels. YouTube, Netflix and Google Play are available, but regular Japanese television is not. This may not matter to everyone, but we like watching Japanese TV. 5. There were also several smaller issues. No slippers were provided, the towels were small, and the cutlery set included spoons and forks but no knives (we use chopsticks in Japan was the response, and "buy them at a supermarket"). The Wi-Fi password was not written anywhere and had to be requested by email. 6. The phone number provided for “urgent contact” did not work. When we asked for a working number, we were told that communication would be by email. The host does respond by email, but the replies were often not particularly helpful. − An absolute nightmare. On May 31st, I experienced a severe water leak in the middle of the night caused by a clogged pipe on the upper floor (Room 203). The room was completely flooded, destroying my personal belongings, including my Tissot watch and my Xiaomi tablet. The host acknowledged full responsibility for the incident in writing, but their management is an absolute disgrace. After making me wait for over a month under the pretext of insurance procedures, they are now refusing to reimburse my destroyed hardware and forcefully sent a pathetic €35 via PayPal as "compensation" for the night. This is an insult! They are clearly taking advantage of the fact that I am a foreign tourist to escape their legal obligations. Avoid this place at all costs, there is zero professionalism and zero safety.

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern, zum Bahnhof war es auch nur ein 10 minütiger Spaziergang, in der Nähe hatte es auch mehrere Supermärkte zum einkaufen. Der Check in und Check out verlief reibungslos. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut und man hat immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Für die Schlafcouch gab es auch nochmal separat extra Bettbezüge und Kissen. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war es wirklich gut 👍🏻.

− Dass Zimmer war leider nicht ganz so sauber, als wir eingecheckt sind waren da noch ein paar schwarze Haare auf dem Boden so dass ich schnell mit dem Staubsauger einmal rüber musste. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und mein Baby 1,5 Jahre alt und hatten leider nur zwei kleine Handtücher zum abtrocknen nach dem duschen.
