Nice family stay in Ikebukuro area
9.0The place is great - We stayed 3 adults and 1 kid, the beds are big and comfy and we really liked that there's a room divider for more privacy. There's also plenty of storage space. The bathroom, shower and toilet are separate which is great and the dryer in the shower was amazing. It is a 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest station and there's plenty of supermarkets and conbinis around. It's a modern and pretty space!
− The process to get the key for the check in was kinda overwhelming specially when getting to a big city and on a typhoon day. There were several spaces that needed proper cleaning. We were provided with 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 people staying for 2 weeks. Also, the silverware needs improving, since there are less forks/knives/spoons than the amount of guests. The kitchen supplies also need upgrading, some pots, pans and cooking knives would be great! - Switching from plastic plates, cups and glasses to ceramic/glass ones would also improve the experience.

7.0It was great having a laundry machine, beds were adequate. Staff was easy to contact.
− Kitchen lacked supplies, it felt very bare ones. It would have been better if they removed the TV as it was barely functional way too basic to use.

8.0Výborná poloha nedaleko nádraží Ikebukuro, čistota ubytování a veškeré vybaveni.
− Pokoj je v přižení, okna na dvorek, kde se nacházela klimatizace z vedlejší budovy a večer i v noci byla hlučná.
