Beautiful apartment
10.0The apartment is big and comfortable. The host was really nice, he left Sangria and water for us. You have all the utilities that you need : clean towels, shampoo, etc. The apartment is exactly as it is shown on the booking.
− The only thing that is a little problem is the location. It is not near the main attraction, and you need to pass trough Al Reval( not the safest part of the city) to enter La Rambla.

10.0The neighborhood was busy and easy to connect to everything, but not overly loud or crowded. We were not able to find parking anywhere nearby to drop our luggage off, so we returned our car before checking in (BCN was our last driving destination). The apartment was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable.

− Recepção não foi minimamente agradável Um terceiro andar, mas no fim um quarto, escadas muito íngremes e em más condições, estreitas pouca estabilidade para pessoas um pouco mais idosas como eu. As camas não eram confortáveis

-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit.
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.
