9.0It is about 15 minutes walk to Tokyo Skytree and station. Very close to Sumida River walk. Very quiet.

− The appartement wasnt clean, it was very dusty with lots of small debris on the ground and there was mold in the ac unit and behind the mirror in the shower

− 鍵の受け渡しはパスコードつけるなど、セキュリティ面で改善の余地があると思う。ロフトの窓にカーテンがなく、朝は眩しさで目覚めた。
