Decent Intimate space for a very simple traveler
10.0It is a very very intimate space but for 1 person it is sufficient.
− The location isn’t the best for accessing tourist locations since everything is 30-50minutes away by train. Wouldn’t stay in the area again but the space itself is good.
Terrible experience. Faulty electricity and WIFI, unresponsive host, basement with no windows
3.0The train station is 7 minute walk away.
− We had several issues during our stay, our problems began when the electricity would turn off when we used the aircon along with any other appliances. Given that it was winter the aircon was an essential. Secondly, we had issues with the WIFI it was slow and WIFi on the TV didn’t work at all. Thirdly, the communication from the host was very poor. When I tried to communicate my issues with WIFI and electricity I was given generic answers that did not help with the problem. There was a lack of urgency from the host to resolve the matter. Once I called the host told me to not call and “send a message” instead which I had already done thrice. Eventually, the host sent someone to assist after two days of faulty electricity and WIFI. Finally the bnb provides plastic plates and cups that you can’t use in the microwave, one pan and the room is a renovated basement with no windows. I was fooled by the aesthetic angles and pictures shown on their page. Overall I was underwhelmed with the service I received and would not recommend staying here.
