施設のコスパはすごく良かったです。コンビニや地元のスーパーも近く、飲食店も歩いて行ける距離なので、小さい子どものいる我が家にとっては、立地とコスパがいい点でした。

− 清潔感がなかったです。全体的な掃除はされていると思いますが、浴室の水垢や、リビングにあるカーペットの髪の毛の塊、置いてある食器の油っぽさが気になりました。

The property was clean, comfortable and felt safe. The location was perfect for me and my family. Easy access to public transportation and communication with the host was fantastic

− I booked a two bedroom apartment and got a one bedroom and a study. When I reached out to the host, they explained that I could change the study into 2nd bedroom by using some provided flooring pads as mattress in the study. I didn't book a one bedroom and a study, I specifically booked a two bedroom with enough beds to sleep 6 people. This is the only reason why this is an 8 out of 10 review rating. They need to update / change the listing title to be more accurate. Outside of that, this was an excellent place to stay. I do recommend it.

Price-to-performance ratio was amazing Nearest Metro was 650 m away Main station over 1 km but it was okey for us

− Plastic glasses plastik plates don’t bother me we bought cartoon cups but you should clean room

Quiet neighbourhood an 15-minute walk to the train station.

− When we checked In and we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the apartment. Toe nail clippings on the bathroom floor, hair on the shower floor, cracked plastic glasses which should be changed, dirty dishes which we had to clean before using them, poop stains in the toilet, dust on the washer cover and shelves, food residues on the kitchen soap bottle, red pillows have stains, mirror at entrance was clearly not been cleaned for a while. I did not see the google reviews before reserving but it seems that this is not an isolated case as others have reported the same issues. Clearly they have not addressed.
