1.0Apart from location , nothing is good about property.
− Rooms were not cleaned, there were flies in the room and Air conditioning was not working. I have to short close my stay.
An amazing experience for a first time traveler to TOKYO. Owner is very responsive to questions.

− Difficult to sleep 4 comfortably. Great for 2, maybe 3.

6.0It’s a bit old and it cannot be called “having two rooms” as the tatami bed is stored inside the cabinet and one has to sleep in the living room which will be too cold during winter if we close the door of the single bedroom. Having 1 heater for the entire house located in the bedroom is very unwise as well. Hair dryer: definitely needs a better one. Inconsistent messages and replies by hotel staff which is quite confusing. Anyway, it’s an old property but still acceptable. But it has “1 room” only.
− It has only one room and it’s totally out of our expectation. We thought it’s 2 rooms. 1 heater serving the bedroom + living room is really unacceptable. No knife for cutting fruit. Very old washing machine with no drying function.
