The location is excellent. Perfect spot to visit all the highlights of Asakusa. Metro stop is close by, several grocery stores, a lot of restaurants. I read in the comments that some people had problems with accessing the building and the apartments. To open the door downstairs - first press the call button and then the code. For the apartment - warch the youtube video, it's all there. We did not have any problems. What's more - the apartment is spotlessly clean. Beds are comfy. There were enough cosmetics for a 4 day stay. Washing liquid is provided, but there is no washing machine detergent.

− There were not enough plates for all of us (only 2 plates for 4 people, we were in room 303). Only 1 pot and 1 frying pan. The dishes are plastic - ceramics would be more pleasant to use.

We stayed here as a family booking two rooms. The absolute best part of this accommodation is the location. It is situated right in the heart of Asakusa and is incredibly close to the train station, making it very convenient to get around Tokyo and explore the local area. ​However, the service and amenities left a lot to be desired. The hotel is very rigid with requests. We requested to have our two rooms on the same floor, but this was not granted. When we asked for a simple 1-hour late check-out, that was also denied. Even minor housekeeping requests, like asking for a few extra hangers, could not be accommodated. ​Additionally, the in-room amenities were very sparse. The shampoo and bath supplies provided were very limited for the duration of our stay. ​If you are looking for an amazing location in Asakusa near the transit lines and only need a basic place to sleep, this works well. Just don't expect much flexibility or extra support from the staff.

If you are prioritizing location, this place is hard to beat. It’s right in Asakusa and just a short walk from the train station, which made traveling around Tokyo incredibly easy. The room amenities were also a bit disappointing. The bath supplies and shampoo were very limited, so you may need to buy your own if you are staying for more than a night or two. Wr stayed for 7 nights ​Overall, it’s a great, convenient spot just to sleep, but the rigid service and lack of basic flexibility from the staff took away from the experience.
