− 住宿期間隔壁施工 白天比較吵 Booking住宿串接這間住宿的機場接送有問題 所以住宿完若直接選擇預約接送機場 司機得到的地址會在不對的地方 住宿時要特別注意

מקום מעולה קרוב לכל הרחוב הראשי בהליכה, גם המטרו לא רחוק 6 דקות הליכה.

Dora not smell good and got biten by a bug plus a construction going on by the next builsing

Location and the beds

− Soeant smell good and our son got biten by somethıng and has several bumps. And construction next building no.se starts very early morning

Location was good

− Took 30mins for 6 people to check in as they do the passports check in on site. Other air b&bs requested them before we came. The room had stains on the bed and marks on the wall and dust on the vents blowing onto the bed. The back door was broken therefore wouldn’t lock or close we called fbe number provided all day and all night and all the next morning, no answer. There was cold air blowing in all night from the back door. We called booking.com as mentioned because they were be answering but they said they can’t get involved with third party listings. The next day I was able to grab a hold of them via email by googling them and they said they don’t answer their phone ???? But yet tell you to call it in an emergency…? My husband spent the whole next morning trying the fix the door so it can close as we were quite low to street level and didn’t feel safe having an open door and he was able to get it closed by using a knife to fix the fire exit lock thing. This really annoyed us as when we told them they didn’t even acknowledge it was like yep we don’t answer emails and yep okay we’ll fix the stain situation and dust. I didn’t find them over apologetic. The washing machine said no capsules but they only provided capsules when I emailed them about that they said just throw it in and I did and it ruined clothing, I think the plastic got caught on the clothes and the clothes has blue spots that wouldn’t wash out.! I don’t recommend this accommodation for the above experience we felt very let down.
