− Pulizia pessima, TV non funzionante più volte sollecitato ma mai intervenuti, senza aria condizionata, letto piccolo e scomodo

1.0Nada, denunciable Las fotos del anuncio no tienen nada que ver con el apartamento.
− Condiciones lamentables, restos en el baño de los anteriores huéspedes, mobiliario roto, humedades, no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución.
Elígelo si es una emergencia y no hay nada mas
3.0− Es como el piso de mi abuela pero al ser tan humedo huele a moho y se puede ver dentro de las puertas y muebles. La puerta del baño no tiene pomo. Cerre sin querer y me quede encerrada… Suerte que es ese momento habia gente en la calle. La persona que limpia se nota que se esfuerza pero el problema es de mantenimiento. Como se ve en las reseñas no hay calefacción y hace frio y humedad en invierno.

It does not match the photos at all and is in extremely poor condition — it’s very dirty and several items listed as provided are missing. The agency has been ignoring or redirecting my messages, and even basic essentials like a kettle and a pan were not supplied. Overall, the apartment is in unacceptable condition.

Getting into the property: Monday to Friday, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for EUR 25.
1) In-person check-in for EUR 30 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., EUR 50 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and EUR 70 from 11:00 p.m. onwards.
