9.02025 yılında geldiğimde yine burada kalmıştım . 2026 yılında yine tercihim oldu. bulunduğu mahalle nezih sakin ev sahipleri çok iyi ve yardımsever. sesiz huzurlu bi yer. meguro istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde.
− herşey çok iyi ama temizliğe biraz daha dikkat edilmeli. klima temizliği yapılmalı. kesinlikle kötü değil . herşey için teşekkürler.

10.0Good location with walking distance to both the meguro line and the JY lines. Quiet neighbourhood and nice atmosphere.
− Not a huge thing at all but the AC was not able to cool down the room quite enough for our liking in the summertime.

This is the second time I have stayed in this property, 2025 and 2026. I would stay again if the price remained low and
8.0The price is good as I am a single traveller. It is very handy to 2 train stations Fudamae & Meguro. The room has all that I need including a bunk bed, kitchen facilities & equipment, shower, toilet. The cleaning is adequate, had fresh sheets. It is close to a convenience store and supermarkets, and eating places. It is quiet being in a suburban area and the room is relatively secure.
− The room is getting a little old and dated so the fixtures, shower door handles need fixing to compensate for the age. The cleaning needs to be more thorough but is adequate as stated above. Better cleaning is important due to the age of the room especially around the edges of the room. The bunk bed is ok because of the size of the room. 2 very small towels are provided - would be better to have one small as provided plus one big towel for each person.
