1.0Valt niks aan te bevallen , is oplichterij je krijgt een compleet ander appartement als op foto.
− Accommodatie is totaal anders als foto , alles ziet er nieuw uit maar in werkelijkheid is het een oud niet gepoets appartement . Adverteren met apparte slaapkamer ( die is er niet) , airconditioning is er niet . , kook eiland is er niet ( is oud klein keukenblokje ) . Pure oplichterij en Booking doet er niks tegen . Je betaald de hoofdprijs want ziet er mooi en netjes uit op foto . Maar krijgt een nachtmerrie , bij lang bellen en klagen krijg je een tegoedbon van 10% .

2.0Reservamos para dos noches en una habitación con balcón, pagando por supuesto el suplemento. Al llegar, nos encontramos con una habitación básica, que estaba sucia y parecía no estar preparada para alojar huéspedes. Avisamos a la persona responsable y no nos dio solución, por lo que nos fuimos antes de consumir la reserva completa. Pusimos todo en conocimiento de booking y el propietario tampoco dio ninguna solución al problema. Al final tuvimos una mala experiencia sin ningún tipo de explicación ni solución por parte del anfitrión. Decepcionante.

Awful experience
1.0There was nothing to like because I was unable to stay at the apartment after being informed of its piping defects upon arrival.
− I arrived at the apartment at about 9:00 pm, it took about 30 minutes trying to retrieve the key and that was when I was informed that the apartment had piping defects. As a result, I was unable to stay there. I had to look a new place to stay at 10pm. Up until this moment, the apartment has not responded to Booking.com’s request to confirm my refund.
