New, clean, and spacious. 2 ACs.

− We had to buy garbage bags and laundry detergent. (We had to buy toilet paper, but it’s normal.) The mugs, plates, and small bowls are all plastic. And there are only 3 sets. The cutting board was very small and thin.

Newer apt but very poor management & coordination. Will not return after this 2nd stay.

The apartment is relatively new and well equipped.

− This was our second stay at the property. Unfortunately, this time the experience was abysmal. Unit was in a very poor state of sanitary/cleanliness - on arrival from a long exhausting flight, we had to scrub extremely dirty toilet (clearly has not been sanitized after previous occupants), vacuum entire units clean of large amount of hairs and dusts, washed dirty dishes, and mob the entire floor in order for it to be in a livable condition. We felt taken advantage of having paid JPY10,800 professional cleaning fee for the stay. Management was not responsive in arranging another cleaning even after sending photos documenting state of the unit. It took them three days and many run-arounds to get someone over to clean the unit - literally towards the end of our stay there. No refund of cleaning fee. Apartment is on 5th floor with stairs only.

− this property far from train station, is tiring to walk back everyday this property have no elavator and even tho i have swnior citizen n old people they assign leven 5 to my dad n grand ma and they didnt allow us to change as with big bag we have to carry to level 5 and the strairs provided very small and dang erous i notice other traveller n my dad almost falling down many time item in the house is not frinedly user no english translation HOST worst than ever, if u ask them anything they answer like they never go to school and very rude i swear my vacations is night mare byv staying here after we left he ask us to pay so many additional charges like we chnage room charges, heater not wroking charges when we dot do any danage, they try to make so n much money on custonmer this property have non luggage stoorage and property not even sure where to putand not even helping u damn worst please dont stay here i have complaint to airbnb booking.com AND WRITING IN TRIP ADVISOR THEY DONT HAVE WEBSITE and address given not even searchabl by taxi driver thhats another issue we facing

− Host very rude and no manners Complicated checkin procedures Far from train No lif and dangerous stairs not suitable for family . My grandma get level 5 and host dont let us to change Host also dont allow us to keep our bag in the property even therw is small room there Since i moved my grandma to level 2 they also tell me they will take my bag and put outside room because we dont stay as thwy ask and i told them i cant let Old people stay at level 5 with big luggage n host said i dont care and im bery dispointed been treated like this on my family holiday Thanks
